Diana Serra Cary & Les Thomsen displaying a new DVD of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake 100th anniversary celebration. The DVD was produced by "Professor" George C. Hall and will soon be available in the museum store.  Les had earlier in the day been interviewed by David Kiehn where he discussed his growing up in the Oakland/Berkeley area and his love of watching silent films.

Les Thomsen's wife, Eleanor, is pointing out a picture of what Les wore when he was a small boy in Berkeley.  During an interview segment with David Kiehn, called Growing up with the Movies, Les mentioned that as a young boy he never wore knickers.  Eleanor wanted to set the record straight.
